TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - BELFAST - £25,000 +


If you would like to work with some brilliant clients in IT technical services then this will be the role for you, you will be working with major global brands and big clients in the financial markets.

Hybrid working options are also available


About the role

  • Supporting and maintaining MS Windows 7/8/10 users
  • Office 365 administration
  • Facilitating & installing software
  • Keeping antivirus and O/S upgrades up to date
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Undertaking IT projects
  • Occasionally work on site as main point of contact for customers

About you

  • Previous experience in a technical services environment
  • Experience in Microsoft windows, office & server
  • Understanding of network infrastructure, VMware, firewall
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Cloud Stack
  • Able to visit clients' sites in both UK & Ireland
Full current UK driving license and own transport


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Belfast
