The Job

As a Recoveries Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the recovery process for
high-value credit hire claims, with a specific focus on taxis and dual control vehicles.

Your primary objective will be to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers while adhering to established processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and meeting monthly business targets.

What You Need
Applicants should have

Previous technical claim handling and customer service experience
Demonstrable experience of working high value taxi claims to successful conclusion
A good understanding of the motor industry in relation to repair cycles, vehicle types and motor insurance policies.
Knowledge of GTA guidelines, together with FCA, ABI & BIBA
Excellent organisational skills

Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
