CAR PARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - APPRENTICE


KMS are a local independent Car parts specialist selling to the trade, online and retail and have been trading for over 50 years.


We are looking to
training apprentices to senior level to be able to run their successful business and grow with their company.

KMS will enrol you with an Apprenticeship provider. The Apprentice Course is for 15 months and once completed you will receive an 'Advanced Level 3 ' Customer service Specialist (ST0071) Standard Apprenticeship

We are based in Birmingham Central 'Digbeth'


-Basic car parts knowledge and be computer literate

  • Ebay experience preferred but not essential

Hours of work:
9.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

9.00am pm alternate saturdays only


Salary:
£11,000.00-£15,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BIRMINGHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location:
One location
