Responsibilities:
- Liaising and collaborating with all departments across the business, in addition to external stakeholders, in a professional manner that embodies our company values.
- Having an appreciation and a desire to learn about live construction projects.
- Supporting our commercial department and our delivery team on site.
- Assist the preconstruction team with preparing tender programmes that will assist us in securing new work.
- Attend Internal project prestart meetings.
- Establish key outputs from estimators and use these in conjunction with the contracts manager to devise the optimum delivery programme.
- Analysing data to understand progress and the impact of variations and/or delays.
- Review and update delivery programmes regularly in accordance with the project's contractual requirements.
- Assist with writing monthly progress reports
- Identify and reacting to variations and changes to the scope.
- Assist the commercial team with the provision of turnover and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified or working towards in a built environment discipline, ideally a construction management or planning based degree.
- Excellent IT skills (required).
- Knowledge of Asta/Microsoft project or similar (preferred).
- Basic understanding of the construction process (preferred).
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment (required).
- The ability through your character and conduct to embody our values and contribute to our vision statement (required).

£60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
