As our Marketing content writer, you will be responsible for creating all marketing content, including our sister companies.

Content creation for marketing campaigns that aim to grow sales, increase online engagement, and educate on the business and industry.

As the Marketing Content writer you will:

• Act as a Copywriter for the company and write copy for the company brochure, blogs & articles, landing pages and websites.
• Researching, writing, optimising and publishing content across all platforms.
• Creating content for affiliates.
• Working on assets like guides, adverts, posters and brochures.
• Devise a schedule in line with the social media strategy for making posts, whilst also remaining reactive to opportunities to post based on news and events.
• Outofhour monitoring of messages and comments.
• Manage all Social Media accounts, including responding to comments and messages, posting and scheduling social media posts, creating engaging content alongside the Graphic Designer which are relevant to the target audience and presents a premium brand image.
• Work with Lead Generators to devise targeted ad campaigns across Google and social media.
• Work with the Developer to design landing pages, make website edits when necessary and ensure swift and thorough communication between the company and the Developer.
• Work with the sales team to collate existing customer and target customer information to create target audiences and personas for marketing and lead generation.
• Assist with asset creation for partner companies and supporting companies.

Profile:


The successful Marketing content writer will have:

• Experience in a marketing role.
• Ability to work in a team and independently working with the wider company and marketing department to devise the best possible social media strategy.
• Proven track record in managing social media for major brands or startups.
• Creative thinking with the ability to selfgenerate engaging content.
• Organisational skills to manage department projects and contractors.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Energetic and passionate about delivering the brand message and building a relevant audience.
• Experience with being adaptable and taking initiative in order to thrive in a startup culture.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, HubSpot CRM, social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Reporting etc.
• Fluent in English is mandatory and any proficiency in European languages is desirable.
• Property experience is desired but not mandatory.
