Trainee Technical Sales Consultant operating in the field of sewage management and processing.

We are currently seeking a
Trainee Technical Sales Consultant, to help support our growing business.

The Trainee Technical Sales Consultant role will be to support the Senior Consultant in their day to day duties while learning and training the skills, methodology and processes in order to be able to survey, design and provide sewage treatment management solutions to our clients.

The role will be a mix of office and field based, and will look after both household and business customers across the South East of England.

The Trainee Technical Sales Consultant will be expected to attend work on Mondays to Thursdays to begin with, shadowing and working with the Senior Consultant.

To fulfil this role, you will need to be personable, practical and be great with customers.


Initial Key Task & Responsibilities:

• To actively learn while working with the Senior Consultant for a minimum period of 12 months before and when ready, operate on an independant bases.
• To, when ready, communicate with clients, visit them and provide our services.
• To, when ready, be able to problemsolve difficult scenarios.
• To, when ready, be able to produce written reports from onsite investigations.
• To, when ready, be able to work independantly.

Essential Skills and Education

• At least qualified to GCSE level with in English and Maths.
• Have the ability and desire to design and provide solutions to people.
• The ability and desire to learn about a new industry.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• A positive, confident and determined approach.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• A high degree of selfmotivation and ambition.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A good level of numeracy.
• A full driving licence.

Experience:

• No previous experience required however any communication based roles would be advantageous.

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 5.30pm

Salary:

The starting wage will be £18,000.00 per annum
