Be the Spark Join Us as a Holiday Club Assistant and Inspire Young Performers
Are you enthusiastic, creative, and ready to embark on an adventure with young minds? We are seeking dedicated Holiday Club Assistants to join our team for an unforgettable experience filled with drama, dance, singing, and arts and crafts
Dates:

Easter Holiday Club: 2nd-5th April

Summer Holiday Club: 5th-29th August (Monday-Thursday)
Working Hours:

Summer and Easter Holiday Club: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Compensation:
- £336 for the week
Age Groups:
- Assist in leading and supporting children in three distinct age groups: 57 years, 811 years, and 1217 years (please state in cover letter which age group you would prefer to work with, including experience).
Your Role:
- Collaborate with leaders in drama, dance and singing
- Assist with arts and crafts, creating costumes and props with the children for the final performance.
- Support in managing behaviours, including assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist with serving lunches, considering allergies and dietary requirements.
- Work alongside performing arts teachers to create a spectacular show for an invited audience.
- You will be working with one other assistant in your designated group.
Requirements:
- Degree in Performing Arts, Childcare, Play Work or related fields
- Previous experience working with children, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Experience in managing behaviors, especially with SEN children.
- Passionate about fostering creativity and confidence in young performers.
