The Role
This role comes with comprehensive on the job training for those without experience.

You do however need to have reasonable IT experience with the everyday Microsoft packages and good keyboard / typing skills.

On the job training will typically take between3 to 4 weeks of shadowing an experienced member of the team.

The role will initially require you to work all your hours in the office, however once training is complete and you can demonstrate a level of competency, this role could for those that choose become a hybrid of home and office working.

What are we looking for?

IT related A-Level (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience
Whilst not essential previous experience would be advantageous
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Analytically minded and ability to solve problems
Flexible approach to work
Excellent customer service skills

What will your responsibilities be?

Providing an efficient, personalised support service to our business users.
Ensuring that work is correctly prioritised and actioned to meet fixed business service levels agreements and deadlines.
Action tickets promptly, in a professional service led manner.
Wherever possible resolving and closing tickets at the first point of contact.
Able to remain calm, focussed and professional.
