Responsibilities:


  • First line phone response
  • Processing and progressing sales orders
  • Maintaining the customer database and correspondence
  • Running invoices and managing accounts
  • Utilising MS Office and internal systems
  • Providing general administrative support

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Effective communication and collaboration with other departments
  • Awareness of new product development
  • Commitment to maintaining the company's high service standards
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and uptodate information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
£23,543.00-£24,539.00 per year
