As we set sail into our next chapter, we're on the hunt for a Digital Maestro, an Online Web Marketer and Web/Graphic Designer, to amplify our symphony of growth and enrich the bonds within our global community of leaders and achievers.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Be the architect of our digital presence, crafting our website's design, structure, and ongoing evolution.
- Breathe life into our inhouse apps (Wise1ne and WMBEYE), optimising their usability and making them every user's goto resource.
- Captain our digital ship across the vast online ocean, charting courses through social media, YouTube, blogs, and magazine insertions.
- Unleash your creativity in video and photo production, transforming raw materials into captivating narratives.
- Be the ambassador of our brand, fostering and nurturing partnerships to keep WMB Childcare in the limelight.
- Flex your tech muscles in platforms like AMOCRM, Zapier, and Mailchimp, engineering seamless communication flows and building bridges to our clients.
- Dazzle our audience with your graphic design magic, making every interaction a memorable event.
- Collaborate with our stellar crew of 12 passionate managers and our visionary CEO, adding your unique melody to our harmony.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Commands experience in the arts of web development and online marketing.
- Possesses a knack for app development and management.
- Wields the tools of video and photo production and editing with finesse.
- Has mastery over digital tools such as AMOCRM, Zapier, and Mailchimp.
- Can conjure up enchanting graphic designs.
- Is a relationship wizard, able to build bridges and forge alliances with ease.
- Embraces feedback as a path to growth and is comfortable dancing to changing tunes.
- Is a timekeeping maestro, particularly when working solo in a remote orchestra.
- Has an adventurer's spirit, thriving under pressure and relishing challenges.
- Has knowledge of the childcare sector as a special powerup.
- Holds a Disclosure Barring Certificate (we'll provide the magic scroll).
- Vibrates on the same frequency as WMB Childcare's values and ethos.

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
