Are you Customer-focused and an excellent communicator with good listening skills?

We will give you full and intensive training to give you all the skills you'll need to contribute towards the excellent service that our clients quite rightly expect.

What we are looking for:

Experience working in a telephonebased customer service, sales, and retention.
Contacting active leads with a professional manner, whilst maintaining high quality customer service
Following up marketing activity or previous contacts made.
At various points of the customer life cycle, making outbound customer contacts and fielding incoming calls from customers
Experience or knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Ability to navigate through a number of inhouse databases
Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
Strong numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
Have a desire to help others and work hard to succeed every day
