FC Workforce are recruiting
Driver Debrief Operative for our reputable courier client based in Bristol, with immediate starts available for this ongoing position As a driver debriefer your job will be to call the drivers at the end of their shift and take them through any customer feedback, any issues with deliveries and so on.


You will have access to the driver debreif portal which will show you how many drops they have completed, the photos taken at delivery point, customer reviews and any failed deliveries.

You will need strong telephone and admin skills, along with experience working on a computer.


All training wil be provided

PAY - £10.00ph

The daily duties will be as followed:

  • Calling of Drivers and Couriers, relaying information to them
  • Data inputting on spreadsheets
  • Filling out drivers paperwork at the end of their day
  • Covering of customer reception in the event that there is sickness or holiday
  • Solving customer queries with drivers
  • Resolving problem parcels (Address queries etc)

Must have safety boots and high vis although office based

Shift details

  • 13:30 until 22:00
  • 30 min unpaid break
  • 5 days per week (rotation)
