At the Museum of London we connect people with the lived experience of London. The story we tell is one of place and people, evolving through interaction and exchange.

We summarise what we do in three words:
We Are London.

The Museum of London has an exciting opportunity for a Maternity cover, 9 month position in the Collections Care team.

As a Collections Care Conservator you will have a collaborative, pragmatic and considered approach to the care and management of collections.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing collection care strategies for the museum's collections across all sites
- covering environmental monitoring and control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and collections emergency planning and salvage.

We are seeking someone with previous experience of working in a relevant field of collection care or preventive conservation with proven ability to successfully manage conservation and/or collection care projects.

We are looking for a skilled communicator who can build effective working relationships at all levels and successfully engage a wide variety of stakeholders.
