Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and Repair: Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults and execute repairs with precision and expertise, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

Coordination with Contractors: Assess issues requiring professional attention and effectively communicate detailed descriptions to contractors, guaranteeing swift and effective resolutions.

Luxury Upkeep: Install high-end white goods and assemble exquisite furniture, adding a touch of elegance to our luxury properties.

Impeccable Maintenance: Maintain pristine cleanliness on-site, including the prompt removal of any graffiti, and ensure the safety and proper installation of shelving, curtain rails, and decorative fixtures.

Artful Redecorations: Utilize your artistic flair to carry out redecorations as needed, elevating the aesthetic appeal of our properties to the highest standard of luxury.

Proactive Monitoring: Keep meticulous logs of reported defects and actions taken, promptly escalating requests for external contractors when necessary, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.

Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to safe working practices, Health and Safety Regulations, and COSHH guidelines, safeguarding both yourself and our esteemed clientele.

Security Measures: Ensure the security of our properties by fitting new locks, fixing doors and windows, and promptly addressing any broken glazing to maintain the integrity of our luxury spaces.

Technical Proficiency: Conduct regular testing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, perform Portable Appliance Testing, and handle minor electrical and plumbing maintenance with finesse and expertise.

Utility Management: Conduct regular inspections of utilities supplies, provide accurate meter readings, and undertake battery replacements in essential devices to uphold seamless operations.

Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant training sessions to enhance your skills and expertise in property maintenance.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in painting, decorating, and general property maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in minor electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
