The Role

Working with the Global Broking Team in all aspects of work
Supporting Senior Brokers in client account administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day to day care of clients' programme in a timely and accurate manner.
Documentation production
Face to face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with international markets
Electronically trading through PPL
Excellence in broking through trust, credibility, and strong market relationships
Seeking best terms and conditions for clients
Assisting brokers with placement queries
Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW
Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients
Supporting Global Broking Team deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business

The Requirements

ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification
Educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
2+ years Political Violence or Property market experience
Confident and articulate
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Excellent communication (written & oral) negotiation and influence skills & interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and time management
Must be able to work in a fastpaced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking, initiative, selfmotivation, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills are crucial
Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
