Your Responsibilities:
- Business Client Development:
- Convey the Brand's message to elevate customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales in your designated area/store
- Optimize all product categories through storytelling and creating connections between categories
- Leadership & Engagement Support:
- Assist in creating an inclusive work setting with a customer-centric approach
- Step in to support the team in the absence of managers, utilizing service metrics to achieve sales targets
- Aid in developing the team's product knowledge and sales culture
- Operations:
- Proficient in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash handling, with the ability to analyze key business reports
- Uphold and promote Brand standards and presentation
- Assist in coordinating marketing strategies and price adjustments
