I have just been briefed on a Sales Ledger Clerk opportunity with a very well established business based in Trafford Park.
This role offers flexible working - 3 days in the office, 2 at home.Reporting to a knowledgeable and down to earth Financial Controller duties will include:
- Processing sales invoices support the accounts receivable function
- Setting up new supplier and customer accounts on Sage 200
- Performing credit checks on customers and suppliers as required
- Processing purchase invoices as required, to support the accounts payable function
- Processing expenses.
- Answering general queries or redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Ad hoc finance/admin support to the wider finance team
Person Specification:
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Agile, self starter driven to deliver in a fast paced environment
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Keen to get involved with a great cando attitude
- Can quickly build strong relationships and influence a diverse range of people at all times
