I have just been briefed on a Sales Ledger Clerk opportunity with a very well established business based in Trafford Park.

This role offers flexible working - 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

Reporting to a knowledgeable and down to earth Financial Controller duties will include:

  • Processing sales invoices support the accounts receivable function
  • Setting up new supplier and customer accounts on Sage 200
  • Performing credit checks on customers and suppliers as required
  • Processing purchase invoices as required, to support the accounts payable function
  • Processing expenses.
  • Answering general queries or redirecting them to the appropriate person
  • Ad hoc finance/admin support to the wider finance team

  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Agile, self starter driven to deliver in a fast paced environment
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keen to get involved with a great cando attitude
  • Can quickly build strong relationships and influence a diverse range of people at all times
