We are particularly interested in applicants whose research and/or practice focus on underrepresented voices in media & culture and/or script writing.

Academic and professional experience is essential together with a relevant postgraduate degree. The ability to work as part of a team and flexible working patterns are also essential.


The School of Film, Media & Communication at the University of Portsmouth came into existence on 1st August 2018 and aims to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies within the Creative & Cultural Industries, covering Journalism, Film and Television Production, Media and Film Studies and Creative Writing in a vibrant, entrepreneurial, well-resourced, cross-disciplinary environment.
