Grade 4. Appointments for this role will be made at £29,480. _Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy_


Working arrangements:
Full time, 35 hours per week. Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office


We are seeking to appoint a motivated, organised and experienced committee services administrator to join the Committee Services Team for the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK.


Purpose and scope

Key responsibilities


The post-holder will use their excellent management and communication skills to ensure that our key clinical stakeholders are engaged and that key issues affecting specialties are appropriately considered within the development of future policy, consultation responses and training programmes.

In addition they will also work closely with the Curriculum and Assessment team to ensure that the design and implementation of curricula are addressed.


The primary duties involve providing excellent management and administrative support to a range of allocated committees in their core functions.

The post holder will ensure the effective flow of information between the committees and the department.
