Bekah Marshall Consulting is recruiting foran experienced Property Negotiator on behalf of our client,
LeBern.
We're looking for a determined, passionate and driven self-starter who enjoys developing new business and long-term, fruitful relationships with landlords, property investors and property owners - exceeding sales targets and working in an autonomous - but supported manner.
You will be responsible for establishing and expanding our bsuness relationships across England, whilst developing innovative and tailored property strategies for our customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based from our office in Lewisham (South London, SE13) requiring travel to customer locations, as necessary.

The successful applicant must have:
- Demonstrable, recent and relevant experience working in a business development, sales or property management role in a B2B commercial setting
- Good working
knowledge and understanding of diverse property strategies (desirable)
Proven track record of exceeding targets and growing new business:
- A willingness to travel for work, as required.
- Driving licence (desirable)
