Management of the minor works team

Weston Super Mare/ Bristol

35-40k pa + package


The Company:


  • Our client a renewable energy contractor, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their busy team in WSM.The role is to oversee and project manage the installation of renewable energy sources in housing association properties._

Day to Day:

_Day to day management of the installation of renewable energy sources_
_Scheduling in work programmes_
_Management of subbies on site installing_
_Ensuring materials are available_
_Dealing with customers and clients_


Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

_M&E related project management experience_
_Suitably qualified in renewables, M&E or project management_
_M&E Trade background or understanding around renewables desirable_
_Experience of job costing, _
_Site meetings, toolbox talks, general day to day management_
