Here at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, we have an incredible opportunity for two Resource Planning Analysts to join us

You will work as part of our Resources Team, who take ownership and responsibility for contact centre staffing levels and service performance.

As Resource Planning Analyst, you'll be involved in; forecasting for demand and ensuring staffing matches demand through careful planning, monitoring real time call volumes against demand, taking action to ensure KPI's are met, and providing key MI data to stakeholders across the business to show performance against KPI's.
