Description
Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking for a new challenge to take on in the New Year?


Our client is looking for a Field Based Service Engineer to work closely with their After Sales Manager to provide their customers with the best possible service.

Location:
Wickhambrooke, Suffolk


Salary:
Up to £35,000


Hours:40 hours per week
-Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (You may also be required to work 1 in 3 weekends)


Duration:
Full time / Permanent


What you will be doing:


  • Provide support to the after sales team to ensure high service levels are maintained.
  • Travel national or international to carry out service and/or repairs for customers
  • Attend exhibitions and work to set up the company stand
  • Support partners with crop trials, set up and planning
  • Building strong working relationships with dealers
  • Visit dealers and distributors to conduct training on machine installations and service training
  • Train operators as required to get the best out of company's products
