Baltic Recruitment is a leading North-East based recruitment and staffing provider to multi sector SME and Blue-Chip clients.

Due to unprecedented client demand and growth, we are currently looking to appoint a
Permanent Recruitment Consultantto work within our permanent division.

Baltic Recruitment work within the Automotive & Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical, Warehouse & Distribution, Commercial & Operational, Education & Training Sectors.

This is a permanent opportunity, working within a great team and with great clients

Main responsibilities will include:

Attend onsite client meetings, if and when required
Provide clients with timely responsive solutions, liaising with hiring managers and HR professionals
Customer focused
Previous recruitment experience within a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels
Extremely organised, selfmotivated, and enthusiastic
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience of working in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work under pressure to meet targets/objectives
