    Lead Head Chef Opportunity by the Sea

    A unique chance to lead the culinary experience at a thriving seafront pub and hotel, serving delicious food paired with an extensive selection of beers, wines, and spirits. Following a significant £multi-million refurbishment, this Victorian-era pub has been revitalized, offering an unbeatable atmosphere.

    The property boasts a spacious sun trap beer garden with 100 capacity, as well as a front terrace, providing ample opportunities for creativity in menu planning, supper clubs, and community events. Our Sunday roast is renowned for its quality and service, making us a flagship site for ambitious chefs to showcase their skills.

    With 35 boutique rooms and a dedicated hotel management and housekeeping team, this is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Head Chef to make their mark and elevate our pub to culinary excellence.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    You will work closely with the General Manager and operations team to create menus tailored to your pub's unique character.

    As the Food GP manager, you will have full responsibility for driving results and collaborating with your management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
