We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer with expertise in Adobe Captivate and e-learning to join our client, a market-leading technology services company, that is partnered with a world-renowned and international investment organisation to deliver technical expertise and strategic support.

As an IT Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs to empower our employees and enhance their skills in utilizing Adobe Captivate for e-learning purposes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Adobe Captivate, tailored to the needs of different departments within our healthcare organization.
Conduct training sessions, both inperson and through virtual platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants, continuously improving training methodologies and content.

Skills needed:

Strong experience with Adobe Captivate
Experience working with E-Learning
Has previously worked in the healthcare industry
Able to travel 5 days a week to Stevenage
Proven expertise in designing and developing interactive elearning modules using Adobe Captivate
