One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Welcome Host in Leeds.

You will be joining one of the fastest growing Build to Rent operators within the UK, at one of their many extremely high-end residential sites.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous front of house experience, build to rent experience, or property experience.

Your core duties will consist of:

Meeting and greeting residents

- and forging relationships with them. You will ensure that they are as satisfied as possible with the service that you are providing.

Ensure that you are building strong relationships with external partners.
Helping to arrange events for current residents, to help further develop a strong sense of community.
Work closely with your fellow team of Welcome Hosts and your line manager to ensure that highquality resident services are always performed.
Deal with all queries and complaints and work to solve these efficiently.

You will be joining a supportive and friendly team.

This role is different because it provides you with a steppingstone to enter and hit the ground running within Build to Rent, which is expanding as a sector within real.

You will be put on a clear training plan, with your progression at the forefront of everything.
