We are currently recruiting a
Service Information Data Officer to join the service information team, carrying out verification of service information supplied by public service operators ensuring it is accurate and provides a high level of customer information to the travelling public, The role will include processing data from partners as well as liaising with service operators to ensure the data provided is accurately and provided in a timely manner.

You will have previous experience in data management, with experience of working in service delivery, understanding of the South Yorkshire public transport network is also desirable, although not essential as long as you have a willingness to learn.

You will have a high attention to detail with the ability to work methodically along with good organisation and time management skills.

The role also requires you to have strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills, as well as prioritising own workload and working to tight and often changing deadlines.
