Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a behaviour mentors to work within a mainstream secondary school in Dudley to work alongside a team of dedicated and experienced staff to support students aged 11 to 16.
The role will require you to work 1:1with a year 10 student who is disengaged with education. To support him in the classroom, build a trusting relationship and increase engagement with education. The role is full time working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3:15pm term time only.The school is a fun, caring and exciting place to work. Passionate about making a real difference to vulnerable childrens lives you will work alongside a devoted and passionate team.
