Description

Responsibilities:

Develop an action plan to improve development teams' performance in these areas and implement enhancements to their CI/CD pipelines as applicable.
Assist development teams in transitioning from legacy systems to Azure DevOps.
Enable easy access to relevant data on the use of nonproduction environments.
Collaborate with product owners to streamline the provision of release notes and product roadmaps.
Provide advice and make informed decisions to ensure that build and release systems meet quality criteria and program timelines.
Take a handson approach to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in source control, build automation, automated testing, deployment process automation, release notes production, automated environment provisioning, and data refresh automation.
Indepth knowledge of Azure DevOps and expertise in migrating from legacy systems to modern DevOps tools.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with development teams, management, and product owners.
Strong decisionmaking abilities and the capability to provide expert guidance on technical matters.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a charity or nonprofit organisation, is desirable.
