Zeus Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a
Hire Controller for our prestigious construction client in
Redditch, Worcestershire.

You will maintain the day-to-day hire desk as a lead hire desk controller, working within a small team under the Plant and Asset Manager.

We will focus your development with scope to advance your career into a Hire Desk Manager position.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Hiring / Re hiring and sourcing equipment from third party suppliers
Ensuring equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times and locations
Full ownership of resolving any queries or claims in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure all paperwork is always completed and kept up to date (orders/invoices etc...)
Support the plant team logging ad hoc queries (e.g. breakdowns)
Responsible for account control

The Successful Applicant will:

Have a proven track record as a hire desk controller or similar, within a construction environment
Have great customer service skills and a handson approach
Enjoy delivering a highclass service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands whilst still being costeffective

Hours and package:

Competitive salary - dependent on experience

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Pension Contribution

Hours - 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
