    Childcare Manager - S26 - Accommodation Available - Opportunities in Greece & Turkey

    Reports to: Operations Manager & Resort Childcare Operations Manager

We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our successful childcare team in a breathtaking location

    As Childcare Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and organising our children's club to ensure high levels of safety and well‑being for all children and staff. Your leadership and communication skills will shine as you rally our childcare team to reach excellence. With your proven childcare management skills you will bring valuable expertise to the team and help deliver an exceptional service for our guests.

    Requirements

    • CACHE, NNED, City & Guilds, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent childcare qualification to Level 3
    • At least 2 years full time in a childcare environment
    • Experience in Nursery Management
    • Valid Full or Emergency Paediatric First Aid Certificate
    • Enhanced DBS (we'll help arrange)
    • UK/EU passport holder
    • UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
    • UK/EU bank account

    Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure effective management and organisation of the age groups in the following departments: Baby Club (4 months – 11 months); Toddler Club (1 – 2 years); Mini Club (3 – 4 years); Junior Club (6 – 9 years); Kidz Club (10 – 13 years); Indy Club (14 – 17 years)
    • Ensure the childcare department and staff meet and maintain Mark Warner standards at all times including quality, safety, ratios, hygiene, child well‑being and conditions of registration
    • Ensure your team deliver an unforgettable holiday experience to parents and children
    • Maintain up‑to‑date records for all children
    • Implement health and safety policies, ensure they are fully operational on a daily basis
    • Action and monitor any parents' child‑related issues
    • Oversee the creating of weekly activity programs, suitable to each club
    • Ensure the nutritional needs of children are met
    • Asses and manage risk, to remove or reduce risks where reasonably possible
    • Organise weekly staff rotas to ensure all clubs are appropriately staffed
    • Assist with the general operation of the resort and other departments
    • Evaluate the quality of childcare within each department
