Revenue Performance Team Leader


As Revenue Performance Team Leader you will lead a team of analysts to deliver high quality analytical insight and reporting, shaping our commercial strategy and ways of working across Revenue Management.

You will work closely with our Revenue Delivery teams to continually enhance and improve the way we manage and optimise our revenue delivery across the department.

You will be expected to identify revenue opportunities and assess the impact of actions, whilst driving and inspiring change in Global Revenue's practices and products.

You will play role in enhancing our key performance measures informing day to day pricing and inventory decisions.


About you:


  • Strong analytical and data skills with strong practical experience in developing analytical code (SQL/SAS/Python etc.) to deliver commercial insight
  • Ability to extract meaning from numbers/data and manipulate large datasets
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in commercial or strategic roles
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across teams to deliver results
  • Ability to analyse problems, provide solutions and recommendations
  • Proactive & delivery focused with a track record of anticipating requirements & using your own initiative
  • Succinct and meaningful communication style. Ability to tailor approach to audience
  • Experience of presenting high standard work quickly, accurately & clearly
  • Experience in coaching or leading a team
