Trainee HSE Advisor - QHSE
We're looking for a Trainee HSE Advisor to join our QHSE team. As the business grows, we need to ensure that legal compliance is maintained, and continual improvement is encouraged.

We want to develop a HSE Advisor who will support the HSE business partner by visiting our operational locations countrywide to:


  • Provide H&S advice and support teams to uphold high H&S standards
  • Ensure compliance with our H&S management system
  • Help to embed our H&S culture

We are looking for someone who:

  • Have a full driving licence and be willing to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be willing to be 'hands on' on our operational sites.
  • Have a robust personality and be confident in engaging with the workforce and management teams.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Be conscientious and able to manage their diary and workload effectively.
  • We are looking for someone who will be able to understand complex legislation and how this can be practically implemented at site level.

It would be desirable if you have the following:

  • Degree is preferred, if not, A Level with A-C grades.
  • Experience on the kind of sites where we work is beneficial but not essential.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification would be a bonus.
The role is full time, and it is based at our Head Office in Sheffield.
