If you are a strong Commercial Recruitment Consultant looking to make a move to a company where you can really make a difference then this is the role for you.

Our client is a highly successful Agency providing a range of recruitment solutions for the Commercial,Engineering, Technical, Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Construction sectors.

They are looking for an Internal Recruiter and onboarding Manager in their busy office in Leicester. This role would suit someone who has previously been a Commercial Recruitment Consultant or Branch Manager.

You will be bringing in recruitment consultantsfor the commercial division and training them on the new systems and being there to answer any queries they may have etc.

You will be able to work from home 1 day a week.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as Commercial Recruitment
  • Demonstrate hunger and desire to succeed
  • Determination and tenacity is a must
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Passion for recruitment
