Automotive Tutor - Birkenhead, Merseyside, United Kingdom:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Tutor to join our Wirral Metropolitan College team in Birkenhead, Merseyside, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of
£25,718.00 to £33,528.00 per annum.


This position is ideal for a talented individual with a passion for teaching, automotive knowledge, and a commitment to helping our students succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Instructing students on automotive topics in accordance with the College's curriculum
  • Developing a practical teaching plan for each student
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry trends, regulations and safety practices
  • Assessing student performance and providing feedback
  • Developing and administering exams and assessments
  • Organizing and participating in class activities
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Communicating regularly with students, parents and colleagues

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
  • C&G Level 3 or equivalent in Automotive Technology
  • Familiarity with automotive equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
