Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Mental Health Practitioner to join theMental Health Liaison Team at Manchester Foundation Trust hospital sites at Trafford and Wythenshawe hospitals.

You will be expected to work on a 24/7 shift based system, covering a range of conditions including self-harm and suicide risk, dementia, delirium and other organic/functional mental health illnesses.

We work closely with the Alcohol Practitioners to support and advise on dual diagnosis presentations

You will need to be a proactive and resilient practitioner, committed to working in partnership with service users, their careers and other professionals to provide a truly person-centred service.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet patient and service needs
