Support Engineer (Dynamics NAV/D365 BC, SQL/SQL Server, Transform), Fully home based role UK wide, £38, % bonus, 2nd
line support
A global provider of education software are looking for a Support Engineer to join their UK support team to support their EMEA customers and internal users.
The role has came about due to an internal promotion within the IT team, you'll work alongside another support engineer reporting into the UK IT Director.
The requirements are- Experience supporting Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
- Experience with SQL scripting and querying data
- Knowledge of Transform is advantageous though not essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a support environment
