Product Specialist / Accounts Software Trainer
Kent. Fully remote
Up to £30k

You will be working with the product, sales and marketing team and operations to product training guides, videos, website content and perform product demos on webinars.

You will be articulate, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels.

You should possess accounts experience, a keen interest in training and strong IT skills would be a distinct advantage.

Core skills required are:

  • Strong interest in creating documentation and training material
  • An attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise customer queries

  • Highly competent in the use of standard office IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • An aptitude for learning
  • Commercial awareness

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining suitable training material for use on the company's training
Escalation of client queries where necessary to more senior members of the team/manager
Required to plan and organise own work in a rapidly changing and technical environment
Investigate and implement training tools
Creation of video and audio training material
Query handling
Creation and maintenance of demo files / environments
Represent the company and department at exhibitions/demonstrations/customer site as required
