Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as Head of HR based in Leeds.

Head of HR Roles and Responsibilities:

Development, planning, and strategy for all HR and talent acquisition activities across the business
Lead all HR functions to provide a cohesive and consistent experience for employees, in line with best practice and legislation
Develop HR policies and practices with HR Manager
Organise HR initiatives to support and drive employee engagement across the business
Follow key HR trends and legislation in order to provide up to date and best practice advice
Advice and support the management team on complex ER and TUPE queries
Develop and lead key projects across all HR and rest of the business
Oversee compliance of legislation and security regulations

Essential Skills
To succeed in this Head of HR role, you will need:

proven experience in a similar role/industry

- excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practice
- knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- excellent organisational and leadership skills
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- diligent and firm with high ethical standards
