Description
The role will be office based until training has taken place.

Working from home would be considered after this for 2 days per week.

A borough-wide duty and emergency tenancy management and casework function, delivering more complex 'on-the-day' tenancy services where necessary


A Locality-based casework and appointment system to manage non-emergency service requests from tenants, enabling them to maintain their tenancies and thrive.
