Description
Administrator £12.24 per hour Temp 2 perm Hybrid St Albans**As an experienced Administrator you will have, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, ensuring all data is up to date, secure and confidential.
- Provide support to social workers and managers in their casework, such as booking appointments, preparing paperwork and arranging meetings.
- Coordinate and manage data and information, working with team members to ensure the efficient management of caseloads.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, focusing on the quality and effectiveness of administrative support.
- Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Experience of providing administrative support within a busy and complex environment, ideally in the public sector, with exposure to children services being desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications or training in administration, IT and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Understanding of data protection principles and confidentiality.
