Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Planner/Scheduler to oversee the fabrication side of a large manufacturing company based in Stourport

Being responsible to the Planning manager, other duties to include

  • Creating production plans for Press / Weld / Paint departments
  • Cross training on planning stage 1 (breaking down Customer orders)
  • Create and issue internal stock orders
  • Expediting work through shop floor production departments
  • Updating and creating excel documents to support production requirements
  • Cover for other planners and duties as and when required
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure raw materials are in place / forecast
  • All adhoc associated duties

This role would suit:

  • Someone with similar planning/scheduling experience
  • Experience working in a busy manufacturing department
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be accurate and have an eye for detail
  • Looking for a permanent position within a successful manufacturing company
Hours: 40 per week - 7.00a.m p.m. (30 min lunch) Monday - Thursday, 7.00a.m p.m. Friday


Salary:
£35,000pa
