M2 Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team at M2 Education.

This role involves working with Year 6 students during the mornings, providing essential support to the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Year 6 teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
Provide oneonone or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.
Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behavior.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
