Job Overview
We are looking to recruit to the post of PCN Administrator Assistant, to work within our Primary Care Network multidisciplinary healthcare team
Main Duties of the Job
About Us
Bradford City Primary Care Network 4 (PCN4) is a network of Bradford City practices working collaboratively across the network area to look after the health of our local population.
Job responsibilities
- Supporting Operations Manager and Clinical Director in the effective running of the Primary Care Network
- Setting up meetings, taking minutes and ensure agenda and papers are circulated before meetings
- Work with Practice Managers across the Primary Care Network
- Attend staff meetings
- Manage day to day issues as they arise.
- Process invoices
- Support recruitment of all staff
- Plan and implement induction packages for new starters and ongoing reviews
- Arrange interviews and draft offer letters
- Plan and implement induction packages for new starters and ongoing reviews
- Ensure references for new starters are in place before start date
- Ensure practice HR policies are followed and accurate records are kept
- Ensure all staff have a current DBS check every three years
- Record annual leave entitlement
- Ensure all mandatory and statutory training is completed and logged
- Maintain annual leave, sickness and time off in lieu records
- Update staff handbook and policies
- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Operations Manager or Clinician Director.
Person Specification
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics and English (C or above)
Experience

- Experience of Administrative duties
- Strong IT Skills
- Minute taking
