Working Pattern: Rotating shift pattern of days and nights. Shifts are either 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

Working at multiple site's, you will ensure that the client's facility is always safe and secure for all members of the public / contractors and the client. As a Security Officer at ISS, you will act as a first line of security response when incidents occur onsite and provide an all round safe environment to work in.
***

The Role
***-
Patrolling the client's external and Internal facility, dealing promptly with any suspicious incidents which may occur onsite.

*:

Attending as directed to all incidents and act as a first line response in emergency situations.

*:

Responding to incidents for all common areas and inside the clients units when called upon for assistance.

Escalating or reporting any incidents to the appropriate persons: Communications Centre/ Line-manager or Mobile Supervisor/ Client/ Police when absolutely necessary.

Whilst working nights respond to any intruder alarms and assist individual units when necessary.

Writing reports for any incidents or daily occurrences.

Dealing with any visitors to site in a polite and courteous manner.

About You
***-
Previous security experience:

  • A valid front
  • line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license:

  • Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech:

Great attention to detail and a consistent approach:


  • A team player with good customer service skills
