We are a relatively new section called the Transformation Digital and Partnerships within the Adult Social Care Department.

This role will be based in the Business Systems and Intelligence Team, specifically the Mosaic team. This team supports our social care case management system.

What will I be doing?

The collective responsibility is to maintain a high standard of performance across the Adult Social Care case management systems and to provide a consistent service to the stakeholders who utilise them.

What experience and skills do I need?

It is expected that you will have experience of researching, analysing, and presenting information, as well as using Microsoft Office Online software, including Excel.

You should have a general understanding of IT, as you will be required to utilise our IT Support System (HALO) to support our stakeholders.

You will be a self-motivated and supportive colleague, with a positive and proactive approach to their work, who has a commitment to continuous improvement for Derbyshire.
