Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Team Leader to lead our Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team.


We are team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dieticians, nurses, rehabilitation assistants and administrators who provide rehabilitation for adults with progressive and non-progressive neurological disability.

We support discharged patients who may have had a stroke or brain injury. The team also helps support people who have a long-term condition such as MS.


We work in the most appropriate community setting, which can be at home, in a day centre or in an out-patient clinic.

You will be delivering clinical and management leadership to the team.

You'll ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards by maintaining the teams skill mix, training and competency.
