    Wedding Minister Role

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wedding Minister to join our team. This client-facing role requires research focus, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with couples on their special day.

    Responsibilities

    • Ceremony Planning - Collaborate with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and needs for their wedding ceremony.
    • Script Development - Create customized ceremony scripts that reflect the couple's love story, values, and personality.
    • Couple Support - Provide emotional support and guidance to couples throughout the planning process.
    • Ceremony Execution - Conduct weddings with dignity, respect, and compassion, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

    Requirements

    • Degree educated in theology, ministry, or a related field
    • Experience in wedding officiation or a related field (volunteer, internship, etc.)
    • Able to build strong relationships with couples and vendors
    • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
