We have gone through substantial and fast paced growth in the UK and this continues internationally as we build out our business and offerings across Europe.

With that in mind this really is an exciting new role looking after our stakeholders and their recruitment across Group Services in the UK and vacancies across Europe.

You will support the Group Head of Recruitment in supporting the international framework and strategy and focussing on direct delivery hiring across our regions.

• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, including visiting our offices, to carry out resourcing and recruitment reviews and provide support and advice.
• Provide strategic recruitment advice to support Hiring Managers in line with regulation and legislation promoting positive working relationships at all times.
• Build relationships in collaborative with the People Director for Europe.
• Help to develop our employer brand, working closely with the marketing department.

• Previous recruitment experience within a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing, project building and networking skills
• Experience of delivering and 'end to end' recruitment service.
• Experienced in talentpooling and networking across Europe
• Customer service driven attitude and mindset, and a proactive approach.
• Passionate about recruitment and being great at building relationships with excellent organisation and administration skills.
• Fluent in English alongside an additional european language ideal not essential
